How do I access the plan?

Upon purchase, you will be emailed the plan immediately.

What is Pilates?

This workout contains themes similar to Pilates which is a form of exercise that concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on posture and core strength.

What is Yoga?

This workout contains themes similar to Yoga which is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

What support will I receive whilst on the plan?

You will have access to our team of support coaches via email if you have questions about the plan, need help with the exercises or need some friendly advice and support.

If I purchase the plan do I have to start now?

You can start the plan at any time that suits you. Support will be available for 12 months from the date of purchase.
