How do I access the plan?
Upon purchase, you will be emailed the plan immediately.
How long are the workouts?
The Movement for Minds Method is based upon 25 minute workouts, the optimum time for our busy lives and to achieve results.
Are the plans suitable for all fitness levels?
Each plan has options for complete beginners, intermediates and those seeking a new challenge.
What support will I receive whilst on the plan?
You will have access to our team of support coaches via email if you have questions about the plan, need help with the exercises or need some friendly advice and support.
If I purchase the plan do I have to start now?
You can start the plan at any time that suits you. Support will be available for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Does the plan contain recipes?
The plan contains nutritional advice and support but does not contain recipes.
Do I need equipment?
Each plan designates if equipment is required. We have plans that use no equipment and plans that require dumbbells or home alternatives.
