You will have access to a private members area with daily live home workouts for added motivation including 200+ on-demand workouts.

What types of workouts are there?

Daily live online classes are 25 minutes, designed to balance stress & anxiety based on the signature Movement for Minds method. The workout types include Metabolic Conditioning, HIIT, Tabata, Strength, Stretch and more.

What equipment will I need for the workouts?

Although you don’t need equipment, some workouts work better with equipment. Each workout will specify any equipment needed which includes; Dumbbells (two filled 500ml water bottles can be used in its place), a mat,a resistance band (a towel or pair of tights can be used in its place) or a soft ball (a cushion can be used in its place).

Who are the workouts suitable for?

The workouts include plenty of modifications so they are suitable for all fitness levels whether you’re a beginner or need a new challenge. The workouts are not suitable during pregnancy.

How do I access the workouts?

There are a number of ways you can stream your workouts to your TV:

Apple Airplay

What you will need: Apple TV and an iOS device – compatible MacBook, iPad or iPhone.

Set up: Ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network. To begin Airplay, tap the Airplay button on the bottom right of the workout video.


What you will need: A Chromecast device, Mobile, tablet

Set up: Plug in your Chromecast device. Plug Chromecast into your TV, then connect the USB power cable to your Chromecast. To begin Casting, simply tap the Cast button ( This can be found in the bottom right hand corner of the video)

Using a wire to connect

What you will need: A HDMI cable Set up: Nearly all smartphones and tablets can plug into an HDMI-ready TV. One cable end plugs into your phone or tablet while the other plugs into the HDMI port on your TV. Once connected, whatever you display on your phone will also show up on your TV.
